Returns & Refunds Policy
Return Window
We have a 15-day return window. You have 15 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it in—unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
Made-to-Order Notice (Important)
All products are made to order and fulfilled by our third-party partner, Printful. Because of this, we cannot accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or other preference-based reasons. Returns are only accepted if the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.
How to Start a Return
To start a return, contact us at hangulhype.official@gmail.com. Do not send any items back without prior approval. If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right with a replacement or a refund.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
- Customized or personalized items (all of our items are made to order; preference-based returns are not accepted).
- Digital products/services (e.g., personalized Korean name files) are non-refundable once delivered or work has begun.
- Sale items or gift cards.
- Perishable goods, personal care items, hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases.
If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please email us before sending anything back.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to our error (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we cover the return shipping cost. Returns not caused by our error are generally not accepted due to the made-to-order nature of our products.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you prefer.
European Union (EU/EEA) — Right of Withdrawal
If your order is shipped into the EU/EEA, you may have a legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags and original packaging, and proof of purchase is required.
Legal exceptions apply: the 14-day right of withdrawal generally does not apply to custom/personalized goods and to digital content once delivery/performance has begun. If you wish to exercise this right where applicable, please email us at hangulhype.official@gmail.com.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at hangulhype.official@gmail.com.
