1. How long does shipping take?
- Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
- International delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location.
- Please note: shipping delays caused by customs or local couriers are outside our control.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide so you can enjoy Hangul Hype wherever you are.
3. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items in your order.
4. What is your return/refund policy?
Defective or misprinted items
- If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
- You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
- You must submit a photo (1–5 images, max 10MB each) clearly showing the issue.
- No returns are required for defective cases handled by us.
- Please submit your claim through our official form: Return & Issue Request Form.
Change of mind / wrong size / personal preference
- Since all items are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, wrong size, or misuse.
- Please check the product description and size chart carefully before placing your order.
Signs of wear or intentional damage
- We strictly do not accept returns for items showing signs of wear, washing, or intentional damage.
- Wardrobing (wearing and returning) will not be tolerated.
5. What sizes are available?
Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Please review the chart before purchase, as size-related returns are not accepted.
6. Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are securely processed through PayPal. Your personal and payment information is encrypted and protected at all times.
7. Can I customize my order?
Yes! With our “My Hangul Name” service, you can personalize products with your very own Hangul design. Custom orders are non-returnable, so please confirm your details carefully before placing the order.
8. What if I contact you after 14 days about a defect?
Our official policy is 14 days from the date of delivery. After this period, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery and contact us quickly if there is an issue.
