    1. How long does shipping take?
    Most orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
    International delivery usually takes 7–21 business days, depending on your location.
    Please note: shipping delays caused by customs inspections or local couriers are outside our control.
  
  
    2. Do you ship internationally?
    Yes. We ship worldwide to most major countries, including the US, Canada, UK, EU, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Brazil, and more.
    Shipping fees vary by region and are calculated at checkout. Free or reduced shipping may apply once your order reaches a minimum purchase amount, depending on your country group.

    4. What is your return/refund policy?
    Defective or misprinted items
    
      - If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order.
 
      - Please submit 1–5 photos (max 10MB each) clearly showing the issue.

No returns are required for defective cases handled by us.

    Change of mind / wrong size / personal preference
    All items are made-to-order, so we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons of preference, wrong size, or misuse. Please check the product description and size chart carefully before purchase.
    Signs of wear or intentional damage
    We do not accept returns for items showing signs of wear, washing, or intentional damage. Wardrobing (wearing and returning) will not be tolerated.
  
  
    5. What sizes are available?
    Each product page includes a detailed size chart. Please review the chart before purchase, as size-related returns are not accepted.
  
  
    6. Is my payment secure?
    Yes. All payments are securely processed via PayPal. Your personal and payment information is encrypted and protected at all times.
    Note: In some countries, PayPal offers Guest Checkout (pay by card without a PayPal account). Availability depends on your country and PayPal settings.
  
  
    7. Can I customize my order?
    Yes! With our “My Hangul Name” service, you can personalize products with your own Hangul design. Custom orders are non-returnable, so please confirm all details carefully before placing the order.
  
  
    8. What if I contact you after 14 days about a defect?
    Our official policy is 14 days from delivery. After this period, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds. Please inspect your items immediately upon delivery and contact us promptly if there is an issue.
  
  
    9. Will I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
    This depends on your country’s regulations. Many orders ship without extra charges, but in some regions, local customs may apply taxes or duties. These fees are charged by your local authorities, not by our store.
    
      United States (US)
      Orders under USD $800 are generally duty-free. Most items are produced and shipped from US facilities, so customs fees typically do not apply.
     
    
      Canada
      Orders above CAD $20 may incur GST/HST/PST and import duties (apparel often ~17–20%). Customers are responsible for these charges upon delivery.
     
    
      European Union (EU)
      VAT applies to all orders (rate varies by country). For orders above €150, customs duties on apparel may also apply.
     
    
      United Kingdom (UK)
      Orders under £135: VAT is collected at checkout. Orders above £135: import taxes may be charged upon delivery.
     
    
      EFTA (Norway, Switzerland, Iceland, Liechtenstein)
      Local VAT and duties may apply. Norway uses the VOEC system for online purchases.
     
    
      Brazil
      Imports are commonly subject to customs duties and state taxes. Delivery can take longer due to customs clearance.
     
    
      Japan
      Orders under JPY ¥10,000 are typically tax-free. Above this threshold, a 10% consumption tax and apparel duties may apply.
     
    
      Australia
      Orders under AUD $1,000 are duty-free, but a 10% GST can apply. Where required, GST is collected at checkout.
     
    
      New Zealand
      Orders under NZD $1,000 are duty-free, but a 15% GST can apply. Where required, GST is collected at checkout.
